**Job Scope** of**a**n**Infant**Care Teacher**Plan and implement curriculum and programmes:
- Develop and implement routine caregiving approach, lesson experiences and learning materials aligned to the EYDF- Create developmentally appropriate materials and resources to enhance quality learning environments- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate experiences for infants and toddlers- Document infants’ and toddlers’ learning and development- Implement strategies to build respectful, responsive and reciprocal relations with infants and toddlers-
Build stakeholder relationships and partnerships:
- Establish relationships with families to facilitate the continuity of care and learning between home and centre- Coordinate activities with families and community stakeholders- Facilitate collaboration with families and community stakeholders to enhance programmes and servicesManage family and community programmes- Execute collaborative projects with families and community stakeholders- Evaluate family and community initiatives and programmes for improvementsConduct routine caregiving:
- Conduct caregiving assessment- Provide routine caregiving practices according to Standard Operating Procedures- Identify areas for improvements for routine caregivingUplift professional practice- Promote Centre’s vision, mission and core values- Implement appropriate teaching and caregiving methods based on emerging sector trends, technologies and tools- Identify areas for improvement to enhance work performance- Propose improvements to professional development and service quality improvement activities- Develop new teaching and caregiving approaches based on observations

**Job Requirements**Must have either Higher Certificate in Infant Care of Advanced Certificate in Early Years or other relevant qualification- Must be EY1 certified- Passionate about infant, toddlers and their development- Good interpersonal and organization skills.- Able to work independently and in a team environment.- Able to communicate well with internal & external customer.
