**Member of Technical Staff (Reliability Test Engineer)**

**THE ROLE**:
The primary activity of the Singapore Reliability Lab is the reliability stress testing of the silicon and package where the execution of reliability qualifications is carried out. Besides development activities such as reliability margin assessments above POR stress conditions to identify fab technology marginalities, test program development & debug and test board design and validation, Singapore silicon reliability engineering team are also support massively global product reliability team that drives silicon qualifications for new CPU, APU, GPU and ASIC products. This position is a highly visible role within the AMD engineering team and is responsible for developing HTOL hardware and stress programs as well as executing reliability qualification experiment to characterize silicon behavior for new products to align with AMD product and customer requirements. This role works closely with AMD engineering teams to determine the reliability stress requirements of current and future products.

**THE PERSON**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Demonstrated success working in High Temperature Operating Life (HTOL) - MCC stress environment and MCC hardware and software development, with strong familiarity of HTOL stress methodology.
- Work intensively with Design Validation and Product Engineering teams to bring-up burn-in patterns and integrate them into stress programs.
- Starting at early product development stages, establish HTOL stress pattern requirements for development of stress programs.
- Support in publish qualification reports and all relevant documentation both internally and with end customers.

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**:

- Massive Experience with MCC systems such as HPB4, HPB5 models and CBreez Software.
- Demonstrated great ability of intensive test program development from scratch, validation and debug. Solid knowledge with product test pattern architecture, vector translation and hardware design which is inclusive of schematic diagrams understand, system signal control, STIL file interpretation.
- Experience with oscilloscope and logic analyzer type equipment as well as basic knowledge of test pattern architecture and vector timing diagrams.
- Direct experience with Technology, Silicon Reliability, product testing and failure analysis methods and result interpretation.
- Proven track record of excellent communication (verbal & written) and collaboration skills to work with people from a variety of technical backgrounds.
- Experience in programming and scripting language, a plus.

**ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS**:

- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with more than 10 years relevant experience.
- A certified programming certification such as PCAP (Certified Associate in Python Programming) will be an added advantage.
