**Finance Associate / Senior Associate**

**The department**

As an Associate/Snr Associate in the Finance team, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders. Reporting to the AVP, and working alongside a team of finance professionals, you will be responsible for the daily financial matters.

Being responsible for accurate and reliable accounting records, ensure financial data integrity and transactions are recorded in accordance to statutory requirements and accounting standards, streamline processes and maintain relationships with respective stakeholders are how we define and measure success in EZ-Link. You will be part of contributing towards achieving results in your day-to-day role.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

You will:

- Keep and maintain accurate and reliable accounting records for accounting modules (such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management)
- Comply with internal controls and financial procedures so as to protect Company’s assets from unauthorized use or disposition and to mitigate financial risks
- Be responsible for documenting standard operating procedures for own work portfolio and to streamline/automate relevant work processes
- Support partnerships and maintain strong relationship with respective stakeholders so as to provide effective procedures, or initiating change to ensure key operational, commercial, and financial targets are delivered

- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in financial accounting. Audit Experience is a plus
- Preferably with knowledge of accounting standards and tax
- Possess good analytical, conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and inquisitive
- Work well both independently or within a team or across various departments
- Meticulous and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
