**Responsibilities**:
You will join the team to assist the Team Lead to develop and implement outreach strategies to promote LLI and its offerings as well as create a vibrant campus and learning community through establishing different series of learning events and programmes, targeting at different customer segments.
- Support the Team Lead to conceptualize, brand and implement quality events / programmes within the campus for the targeted audience. These may include signature events, educational workshops, lunch time talks, learning activities which are relevant to the various customer segments to increase adoption;
- Oversee the effective implementation and operational support to events / programmes activities in LLI, including monitoring, analysing and reviewing of events’ performance, information, tracking and trends;
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to promote LLI including its events and activities through channels such as digital marketing, events, direct outreach to target groups, with the use of LLI’s website and social media assets and marketing collaterals;
- Establish partnerships with external stakeholders, to manage engagements, events and outreach activities, as well as work with partners and vendors to ensure successful delivery of outreach activities.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in business or related discipline
- Up to 7 yearsof experience in events, marketing communications or related working experience such as outreach, marketing and/or in conceptualising, executing and programs and events;
- Strategic, innovative and detailed in implementation of programmes and services;
- Good networking, collaborative and interpersonal skills;
- Strong command of spoken and written English;
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.Tags
