**About the Strategy & Product Innovation Division**

The Strategy & Product Innovation Division supports Dsg leadership to chart Dsg’s strategic direction and the development of the design sector, to deliver economic and social impact through design. We do this through research that generates action-oriented insights, strategy development and implementation, and creating and maintaining a portfolio of financial and non-financial offerings. The Product Innovation and User Experience team within SPI collaborates with Dsg's business units to address internal and client-facing needs. By employing design-led approaches, the team develops effective financial and non-financial offerings to promote design adoption by design and non-design organisations.

**Responsibilities**

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Insights and Product Innovation: Analyse gaps in Dsg’s product portfolio and propose new offerings that are needed to drive business outcomes and effective strategy implementation. Where necessary, work on strategy alignment with product portfolio. Engage internal and external stakeholders through interviews and workshops to conduct customer discovery. Synthesize different sources of information to derive action-oriented insights. Recommend interventions and prototype solutions to visualise and communicate ideas. This includes enhancing or developing new Dsg-led initiatives, more effective incentive policies, and partnering with agencies like EDB, ESG, and WSG to leverage existing initiatives.
- Sales Operations: Partner with Dsg’s business units and the marketing team to create impactful marketing and outreach approaches and materials to generate business leads. Work with systems owners to deliver an excellent experience for internal and external users, and design interventions to improve the efficiency and productivity of Dsg’s frontline functions.

**Requirements**:

- Possess 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience in any of the following fields: product management and innovation, grants/incentives policy, UX, and/or sales operations.
- Demonstrated ability in generating, synthesising, and interpreting data to derive action-oriented insights.
- Demonstrated ability in facilitating a process from start to finish to achieve desired outcomes
- Demonstrated ability in building effective stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Methodical, meticulous, and motivated.
- Passionate about Singapore’s design and creative ecosystem
- Good command of product design tools would be advantageous
- Fresh graduates with strong demonstrated ability through completed projects are welcome to apply.
