We are looking for an responsible and passionate eCommerce & Operations Executive who will be responsible for both online and offline orders. To be successful in this role, you should have good communication, time-management and multitasking skills.
- Responsible for processing all catering orders across all sites including outlet, online and offline.
- Responsible for handling all incoming inquiries, promote product and membership across all platforms including telephone, online and offline orders.
- Responsible for preparing and updating reports such as daily sales, catering KPIs etc.
- Handle all order management including transfers, cancellations and returns management across sites to ensure timely deliveries and returns.
- Coordinate and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to provide timely catering order service and resolve issues.
- Report and escalate issues and support in-service recovery.
- Other ad-hoc duties

Requirement
- Diploma/ Degree in any field of studies
- At least 1 years of experience in F&B industry
- Possess hands-on experience in managing ecommerce catering ordering system
- Possess ability to multi-task
- Good communication skills
- Patient and meticulous
- Able to work independently and in a team
