[What the role is]

To provide secretarial and administrative support to GD and D(s) in PEG Office. Work with GD and D(s) on assigned work tasks, and provide office administration matters relating to the PEG Office, including inter-department co-ordination of meetings.

[What you will be working on]
- Manage the scheduling of meetings, appointments and correspondence of GD, Ds and any other assigned senior officers.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings (venues, stationary, refreshments, etc), including managing external parties to meeting venues.
- Coordinate necessary documents in preparations for meetings, document and implement follow-up on outstanding matters.
- Perform the liaison officer’s role between GD with NCSS stakeholders and staff and external parties.
- Provide covering duties to other Personal Assistants in NCSS when assigned.
- Assist with Department administrative and support matters when necessary and as assigned, including occasional event duties.

**Experience**:

- Experience as a Confidential Secretary / Secretary / Executive Secretary (Office Manager) / Personal Assistant

**Special Certification(s)**:

- LCCI Private Secretarial Certificate / Certificate in Management is preferred
