**Responsibilities**:

- In charge of the technical service operations for the company.
- Lead a team of technical service technician/engineer in providing installation, commissioning, repair / maintenance on site.
- Act as a key contact with customers who have technical issues and provide technical support at times.
- Provide direction and training to customers to ensure they can start up the UPS and DC system.
- Monitor the status of the follow-up maintenance contract and make sure the work is completed on schedule.

**Job Requirements**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- With relevant experience in secondary power supply industry eg UPS and DC power system
- Possess own transportation.
- Travel oversea within Asia in short notice.
