Position: Marketing and Sales Support Intern

**Job Description**:
**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**

1. Manage Sales and Marketing Collateral
- Prepare marketing collaterals including proposal decks and promotional materials for sales team and marketing activities.
- Identify areas for improvement and modernization to align with current market trends and audience preferences.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure advertising campaigns are executed in a timely manner.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties when assigned.

2. Social Media and Digital Marketing:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing calendar aligned with company goals and marketing objectives.
- Research industry trends, keywords, and topics and create compelling and relevant content for the Group’s platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube.
- Analyse social media performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Produce quality and SEO-friendly written and visual content including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and other multimedia formats,
- Optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to the company's website.
- Work with Sales team to track effectiveness of organic content and conversions to sales leads.
- Visit billboard sites to support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Job Requirements
- Highly proficient in MS Office, WordPress, social media platforms and various social media tools
- Experience with content creation and proficiency in graphic design and video-editing tools is a plus
- Good time management skills and resourceful
- Be contactable via communications tools such as WhatsApp / Viber
- Able to speak and write proficiently in English with a keen eye for detail
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices is a plus
