We are seeking a skilled and experienced Domestic Technician to join our team. As a Domestic Technician, you will be responsible for providing repair and maintenance services for various domestic appliances and systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient operation. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong technical skills and a passion for providing exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and repair domestic appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Troubleshoot and identify the root cause of appliance malfunctions, and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- Replace faulty components, parts, or wiring as necessary to restore appliance functionality.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, explaining repair procedures, and offering advice on appliance usage and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service provided.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and repair techniques through continuous learning and professional development.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and customers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to share knowledge and resources.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Domestic Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills for a wide range of domestic appliances.
- Excellent understanding of electrical systems and circuits.
- Familiarity with plumbing and HVAC systems is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy appliances when necessary.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (Advantage)
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant training is preferred.
