**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Design and implement software of embedded devices and systems for commercial deployment including drivers and OS.
- Develop codes for product firmware and conduct design and code review to obtain design approval.
- Develop technical specifications and identify technical challenges and resolve issues.
- Test and qualify firmware module for integration.
- Perform technical root cause analysis and outline corrective actions for given problems.
- Drive technology development projects in phases from specification to release.
- Implement communications, wireless protocols and provide APIs to mobile apps team.
**Pre-requisites**
- Degree in Electronic/Electrical/Computer Engineering/Computer Science Software Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years coding experience in real time embedded system and firmware.
- Strong knowledge of software development quality management systems, quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of microprocessor and microcontroller architecture.
- Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Able to work under pressure and across different cultures with different regional teams.
- Good interpersonal and communicatoin skills.
- Able to work independently with positve disposition.
