Our Finance team provides timely, accurate, clear and complete financial information to support our operating venues and management in decision-making. We partner our operations and assist them with business and scenario planning.

In your role, you would mainly be responsible for the following:

- Performing Accounts Receivable (AR) functions and ensuring timely month-end closing of AR, which includes,
- Perform credit card reconciliations, verify discrepancies, and communicate with venues to resolve any issues
- Tenant Management - Monthly rental billing and GTO
- Respond to customer and/or management inquires, including queries from external auditors
- Prepare refunds with proper documentation
- Responsible for invoicing and generating statements of accounts
- Follow up on AR Aging on timely basis
- Accounting of intercompany stock transfers
- Vouchers management
- Adhoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Opportunity to learn General Ledger (GL) function, which includes,
- Prepare audit schedules
- Budget planning
- Prepare quarterly GST returns and work with external auditor/tax agents for audit and corporate tax matters
- Producing monthly financial and management reports
