Job Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize and perform preventive and routine maintenance programs.
- Perform value added projects such as initiating improvements to process capability of machine, setting up and upgrading of process lines.
- Responsible for success implementation of projects undertaken including selection and management of vendors and negotiations with contractors.
- Established and maintain systematic documentation of plant equipment and maintenance records.
- Collect equipment failure statistic and perform analysis for effective countermeasures.
- Ensure maintenance operating costs at minimum. Control to ensure it is within allocated budget/schedule and with high level of workmanship.
- Co-ordinate and execute Operating Expense and Capex expenditure timely.
- Compliance with and assist in maintaining of procedures.
- To verify compliance as building technician, you will be responsible for keeping record of activities linked to the operation and facilities management of your assigned location.
- There reports may include staff assignments and hours, types of equipment used and any budget allotments factored into those activities.
- Any other ad-hoc project assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements:

- Experience work in Food Industry will be a value add.
- Mininum a 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience on building and machines trade and relavant experience in building maintenance.
- Open to work on shift duty roster.
- Good Analytical, Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independenty and in teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,400.00 - $3,300.00 per month
