**Roles & Responsibilities**
- In charge of the day-to-day store operations with responsibilities involving sales, cashiering, staff management and customer handling
- Achieve branch KPI, sales targets, goals, and objectives
- Makes sure that outlet has maintained good housekeeping standards, maintained at the highest level and maximum cleanliness and hygiene standards. Ensures that all staffs understand and adhere to food hygiene and housekeeping procedures.
- Assess and handles customer complaints
- Provide in-house operations training.
- Interviews Part time staff’s applicants, conduct training appraisals and performance reviews and counselling
Requirement:
- Preferably with 5 years’ F&B or retail experience
- Possess good management and strong leadership qualities
- Eager to learn and able to acquire new knowledge and skills quickly
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of customer service
- Quick thinker with ability to solve problems and make effective decisions
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
Blue Balls Cafe is a new Bike Cafe concept that aims to serve all kinds of cyclist and riders with food, drinks, refreshments and bike service / sale / wash and most of all - to meet fellow riders that love cycling. The cafe will have a capacity of approx 125 pax with both indoor / outdoor and yard seating. There will also be a large area outdoors for relaxing, bike washing and parking.
