**Job Description**:
- Registration of Patient
- Insurance / Third-Party Administrator (TPA) Verification & Validation
- Counter Duties
- In charge of Handover book
- Top up of stationaries/forms
- Letter of Guarantee (LOG) Request
- Third-Party Administrator (TPA) Submission of Claims
- Assess patients' financial status and eligibility
- Update Consult Room in-charge of all LOG request/FC/TPA claims matter
- Billing & Payment for all consults/post op-procedure cases
- Third-Party Administrator (TPA) Claims
- Perform opening, closing and tallying of daily billing
- Provide support to clinic staff as & when requested
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirement
1. Minimum ‘O’ Level/ Diploma in any disciplines with at least 1 - 2 years of working experience in clinic settings will be an added advantage.
2. 5.5 work days
4. Strong organisational skills, meticulous and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Good interpersonal skills to relate to people
