**Roles and Responsibilities**
You will serve a key role in in assisting the school leaders in procurement management, student administration, and general administration of the school. You will lead a team of Executive and Administrative Staff (EAS) to achieve excellence in school administration and operations.
Your job include:
- Support the school leaders in aligning objectives and workplan to the overall objectives of the school to meet the school’s strategic needs.
- Support the school leaders in developing and maintaining positive relationships with the school’s stakeholders, such as parents, vendors, public, etc, as well as cultivating a positive work environment in school.
- Manage the administration and reviewal of overall school procurement policies, processes and systems in school to ensure compliance with the School and MOE guidelines.
- Manage the day-to-day administration operations of the school’s general office to ensure the delivery of positive school services.
- Support the holistic development of students including the management of pupil admission, placement, and programmes, such as annual student health checkup, and vaccination exercises.
- Oversees and manage the admin team’s budget process, for example budget planning, monitoring of budget expenditure and handling audit queries and etc.
- Assisting to drive implementation and use of IT infrastructure to increase productivity including leveraging Information and Communication Technology (ICT) into administrative and procurement processes, and leveraging ICT to improve efficiency in work process in supporting teaching and learning.
- Serve as the MGS Board Secretariat, with duties including preparing meeting agenda, minutes taking, and support the school leaders in the conduct of the meeting.
**Requirement**:
- 2 or more years’ of experiences in procurement, general administration and/or customer service will be preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, organization, and communication skills, as well as the ability to lead and work well in teams.
- A dynamic and motivated individual with a high level of initiative, strong problem-solving skills, growth mindset in continuous improvement and work excellence.
- Good conceptual, analytical, and writing ability
