- Duly Licensed/Registered Engineer or equivalent
- At least 15 years of total experience
- Eight (8) years of which in BRIDGE SUPERSTRUCTURE design and construction.
- Experience in design and construction of LONG SPAN BRIDGES

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)

License/Certification:
