**Job Opportunity: Senior International Marketing Director - Indonesia Market (Agri-Commodities)**
**Location**:Singapore / Indonesia (Hybrid or Regional Travel)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic international marketing plans tailored to Indonesia’s agri-commodities demand and trade dynamics.
- Build strong relationships with importers, distributors, government agencies, and other stakeholders in Indonesia.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, trade policies, and competitor activities in Indonesia to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with the trading, logistics, and business development teams to align marketing initiatives with sales targets and supply chain capabilities.
- Represent the company at industry forums, trade shows, and business missions in Indonesia and across the ASEAN region.
- Lead digital and brand marketing efforts to elevate our presence and reputation in Indonesia.
- Drive sustainability narratives and certifications relevant to the Indonesian market (e.g., ISPO, RSPO, Halal standards).

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in international marketing, preferably in agri-commodities or related sectors (e.g., food ingredients, bulk trading).
- Proven track record of market penetration and sales development in Indonesia or the broader Southeast Asia region.
- Strong understanding of Indonesia’s agri-import landscape, trade regulations, and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts and stakeholder management experience.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
