We are seeking a responsible and professional **23-Seater Bus Captain**to join our transport operations team. The Bus Captain will be responsible for the safe, punctual, and efficient transportation of passengers, while upholding company standards of safety, courtesy, and service quality.

This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations for charter, school, shuttle, and corporate transport services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate a 23-seater bus in compliance with **Land Transport Authority (LTA)**and company regulations.
- Conduct **pre
- and post-trip inspections**to ensure vehicle roadworthiness and cleanliness.
- Transport passengers according to scheduled routes, charters, and ad hoc assignments.
- Ensure punctual pickup and drop-off of passengers at designated points.
- Maintain proper passenger discipline and enforce the company’s **no-smoking and safety policies**.
- Provide courteous assistance to passengers, including elderly and children, when boarding/alighting.
- Report incidents, accidents, or vehicle defects promptly to the operations team.
- Keep accurate trip logs and records when required.
- Cooperate with dispatchers, operations supervisors, and clients to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess a valid **Singapore Class 4 Driving Licence**.
- Valid **Bus Driver's Vocational Licence (BDVL**) issued by LTA.
- Minimum **2 years’ driving experience**with medium buses preferred.
- Good knowledge of Singapore roads and traffic regulations.
- Physically fit with good eyesight and hearing.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays if required.
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
- Prior experience in **school bus, shuttle service, or chartered transport**operations will be an advantage.
