**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and architecture of a scalable and robust network solutions to meet customers# current and future needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, inclusive but not limited to L3 Support, Service Engineers and Solution Consultants to gather customers requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide technical guidance, support, and training to team members, partners, and customers.
- Hands-on involvement in the implementation of network solutions, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Interpreting customers requirement and produce fully detailed and compliant design.#Implement and enforce network security measures to protect against unauthorized access, vulnerabilities, and cyber threats.
- Liaise closely with stakeholders to demonstrate the capabilities, performance and features of our solutions to end customers thru proof-of-concept (POC).

**Required Skills and Experience**
- More than 5 years of direct experience as a Network Engineer working on LAN, WAN, Wireless and MPLS technologies.
- Proven project experience with scale and complexity similar to that of a Metro railway market segment
- Experience in the deployment of WiFi Radio-Communication Systems
- Working knowledge and experience in hardening of network appliances
- Possess an understanding of cybersecurity principles and concepts such as networksegmentation,network access controls and 802.1X.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English in verbal, written and presentation
- Mature personality, flexible, adaptable for frequent business trip
