**To handle full set of accounts including preparation of General Ledger, AR, AP, Balance sheet, P&L for monthly and yearly reporting**:

- **Oversee and analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions**:

- **Prepare monthly management report to director**:

- **Reconcile monthly bank statement**:

- **Handle company cashflow**:

- **Yearly Account closing and auditing**:

- **Prepare quarterly GST reconciliation for submission**:

- **Perform monthly accounts payable function in preparation of payments to vendors**:

- **Liaising with external accountants for preparation of Annual Report and Audit**:

- **Handle HR matters, payroll, CPF submission, MOM, issurance and etc**:

- **Perform any other administrative/accounting duties as assigned**

**Requirements**:

- **Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification with minimum of 5 years of experience in financial & human resource**:

- **Proficient in Autocount, MS Excel and MS Word**:

- **Independent and proactive team player with the abilities to handle tight deadlines**:

- **Able to start work in short notice
