The Business Banking Technology team within the Technology function manages the end-to-end technology needs for Business Banking (BB) within the CBA Group.

Our team is composed of engineers and technology leaders, who bring in the right mix of skills to enable this transformation. We also work very closely with our business and operations colleagues to support these services which are critical to the Australian and Global economy.

Working as part of the BBT Senior Leadership team, you will be accountable for prioritizing, coordinating, and leading the execution of technical platform delivery and service management across the BB domain.

- Experienced in leading teams to deliver technology solutions, whilst ensuring the alignment to the technology roadmap.
- Knowledgeable around architecture, software / systems engineering and influencing senior leaders in their technology roadmap direction.
- Responsible for funding, resourcing, and budgets.
- Ability to work across teams and influence great outcomes, solve problems, and operate at times with ambiguity.
- Excellent commercial acumen with experience in strategic planning.
- Comfortable managing virtual and indirect teams to achieve the outcomes.

**Essential Skills**:

- 18+ years of experience of experience in relevant field, with 5+ years of experience in core technology organization
- Frontend: React and Redux (preferred) or Micro frontend
- Backend:.Net Core (preferred), or C#
- Database: SQL and NoSQL experience
- Public Cloud and Infrastructure as Code (AWS Cloud)
- Containers/Kubernetes Platform
- Microservices design and implementation of highly scalable APIs
- Scripting/programming languages (i.e., JavaScript, TypeScript, Python)
- CI/CD tools (i.e. GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Octopus)
- Automated Quality Engineering and Testing (Unit Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing)
- Solution and System Design
- Application Security
- Observability - Customer Services and IT Systems
- Code quality control through peer programming, code review and automated pipeline release management
- Mentoring and coaching engineering leads and teams

**Your Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology or any similar stream
