Our client is a respected Senior Care Centre committed to supporting the health and well-being of older adults through personalised and integrated care. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Junior Physiotherapist to join their team and support clients in maintaining mobility, independence, and quality of life.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver physiotherapy services for day care clients.
- Carry out initial and periodic assessments upon admission and during reviews.
- Develop and implement suitable treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Collaborate with the care team in case discussions and contribute to individualised care plans (ICP).
- Organise and lead group therapy sessions and physical activity programmes.
- Regularly review and refine programme schedules to maintain engagement and effectiveness.
- Keep thorough and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and client progress.
- Support clients with dementia, including managing behavioural symptoms with empathy and understanding.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with clients, caregivers, and families.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Centre Manager as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy.
- Fully registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a hospital, eldercare, or community setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Warm, patient-centered attitude and genuine interest in eldercare.
