We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Mortgage Retention Manager.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Handle Mortgage Loan repricing and servicing requests for high net worth customers
- Provide independent and holistic Mortgage solutions to meet the home ownership needs of existing Mortgage customers
- Build relationships with existing Mortgage customers by providing excellent service to build customer loyalty and seek referrals to grow the business
- Work closely with the product team to optimize on repricing packages offering and profitability of the existing Mortgage portfolio
- Execute proactive retention exercises initiated by the product team
- Review and streamline existing processes to provide a seamless customer experience
Requirements
- Experience in sales and financial sector preferred
- Good understanding of related financial regulations and regulatory compliance
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Effective time management, problem-solving and negotiation skills
- A Degree / Diploma with minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in retail banking products
