**Responsibilities**:
Thales CPL is positioned to secure data in 5G environments, and we are looking to build a specialized team within the sales organization, to pursue this opportunity systematically.
- Responsible for maximizing the CPL business from the 5G market opportunity, such as Mobile Network Operators and Network Equipment, as well as with end customers that are potentially heavy-user of 5G technology.
- Lead and coordinate the efforts to ensure that we cover all relevant customers/partners/vendors and that efforts will be prioritized based on the potential and CPL’s ability to deliver a successful outcome.
- Direct engagement with key prospects, customers, and partners is expected where the strategy and industry expertise is required.
- Instrumental both to deliver short-term results and to develop CPL business in this segment, potentially making this one of the largest segments of the business.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelors of Science degree in a relevant field of study.
- 5 to 7 years of experience working in high tech sales into the mobile telephone sector with a strong understanding of the industry and the key business drivers is a requirement.
- Ability to collaborate with other sales teams possesses the leadership capacity to impact broadly across sales, business development, engineering, marketing, etc.
- 5 years direct or indirect leadership experience.
- 3+ years of experience in an industry segment, that is relevant to 5G.
- Basic understanding of cyber security.
- Willing to travel, up to 25% of the time.
