Roles & Responsibilities
- 5.5 days (9am - 6pm / 9am - 1pm)
- Pandan Loop - Clementi
- Salary : $2,300 - $3,000
**Job Scope**:

- Attend to clients' inquiries
- Process clients' quotations, orders and delivery arrangements
- Work closely with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, operation queries and deliveries are handled efficiently
- Maintain good understanding of product inventory, features and specifications
- Maintenance and record keeping of quotations, sales records and returns
- Participate in department meetings and provide information to facilitate the planning of resources towards order fulfilment
- Provide administrative support to the sales & marketing team

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or other related qualifications/certificates with some relevant experiences
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
