**Responsibilities**
- Provide general administrative support to the corporate secretarial department in day-to-day corporate secretarial matters, including preparation of due diligence documents, photocopying, scanning, filing, as well as other corporate and ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Perform and conduct KYC due diligence searches.
- Assist in invoice preparation and payments collection.
- Maintain corporate records of clients.
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Meticulous and ability to observe high levelsof confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as a proactive team player with effective communication skills and positive attitude.
