**DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES**

**Business Development**
- New used equioment business development: Identify and pursue new used heavy equipment business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with cuatomers to foster long-term loyalty and repeat busniess.
- Intenal Coordination: Ensure agreement with cuatomers are executed by to communicate with the factory/th sales team in Japan and Germany.
- Sales Perfomance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, identify trens and take corrective action as needed.
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forcasts to support business planning and resource allocation.

**Marketing**
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new busniess opportunities, aanalyze competitor activities nd understand customers needs.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customers engagement.
- Brand Management: Protect and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging and marketing initiatives.
- Digital Marketing: Leverage digital marketing channels (eg; websites, social media, SEO) to reach target audiences and drive online sales.
- Event Management: Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows and conferences to promote the company and its products.
- other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Key Skills**
- Heavy Equipment Industry: Understanding of the heavy equioment industry, including market trends, regulations and key players.
- Southeast Asia Market: Knowledge of the Southeast Asia Marketincluding economic conditions, competitive lasdscape and customer preferences.
- Used Heavy Equipment: Strong proficiency with used equipment market busniess.
- Sales Skills: Able to negotiate effectively while ensuring clients understand the values proposition.
- Marketing Strategy: Strong understanding of marketing principles, including brand management, market research and digital marketing.
- Customer Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal skills and the liability to build and maintain strong relationships with cuatomer.
- Financial Analysis: Ability to analyze financial data and metrics to assess sales performance and make informed decisions.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem solving skills to address challenges and overcome obstacles.
- Digital Marketing Tools: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
