**Job Summary**
- This role is responsible for managing the daily manufacturing operations including production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization of a manufacturing facility to meet regional or global business requirements. The role involves strategic planning, process optimization, team management, and collaboration with cross-functional departments. The role develops and maintains quality control processes to ensure products meet or exceed quality specifications.

**Responsibilities**
- Accounts for manufacturing and remanufacturing activities for multiple product lines, ensuring that performance meets regional or global business requirements.
- Manages a team of higher level non-exempt individual contributors who typically support moderately complex daily work activities.
- Manages essential business critical process documents like standard operating procedures, statements of work, business score cards, dashboards, etc.
- Identifies opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements and collaborates with teams to implement changes.
- Develops and manages the manufacturing budget, including cost control and expenditure tracking.
- Ensures accurate inventory records and minimizes excess or obsolete inventory.
- Works closely with other departments, such as engineering, quality assurance, logistics, and maintenance, to achieve common goals.
- Performs talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching and career development.
- Ensures compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry-specific requirements.

**Education & Experience** Recommended**
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 4-7 years of job-related experience or 2-4 years of management experience, preferably in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or a related field.
