**Job Summary**:The incumbent will be part of the road operations team ensuring smooth running of the pre-post carriage covering but not limited to Airfreight ,FCL, LCL, Cross Border and Batam Cross Dock within the IFF department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise transportation vendors to ensure their drivers are aware of their duties
- Responsible for managing the execution, direction and coordination of all transportation matters within the organisation
- Responsible to gauge the transportation requirements of the shipment and devise a cost effective and feasible transport planning
- Maintain the department budget
- Manage schedule and routes so as to assure the smooth running of Road operations
- Communicating effectively with all the BU IFFO team and responding to their requirements before execute job to various sub-contractors ensuring they deliver within agreed terms
- Dealing with the effects of traffic congestion

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience on sea or Air freight
- Good working knowledge about vehicles and trucks
- Good interpersonal skills to deal with all types of people including drivers, IFFO, and senior members of the organization
- Able to provide quick solutions and improvise on existing ones
- Possess good communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly and make decision quickly
