The Head of Information Technology in Ang Mo Kio will be responsible for overseeing all IT operations, managing a team of IT professionals, and developing and implementing technology strategies to support the organization's goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to drive innovation and efficiency in IT systems and infrastructure.

**Position Overview:
As the Head of Technology, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, development, and implementation of all technology initiatives within the organization. You will lead the technology team to drive innovation, maintain operational excellence, and ensure the alignment of tech solutions with business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a clear technology strategy that supports the organization's objectives and drives innovation.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse technology team to foster a high-performing and inclusive culture. Ensure team alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Technology Development: Oversee the development, deployment, and management of technology systems and solutions that enhance business operations.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the technology budget to ensure resources are properly allocated to maximize technology investments.
- Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate technological risks that could impact the organization's operations or security.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate with and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure they meet the needs of the business.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards and that data security is a constant priority. Change Management: Lead change management initiatives involving technology, ensuring mínimal disruption and maximum adoption within the organization.

**Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a technology leadership role, with a proven track record of strategic technology implementation.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Robust understanding of current technology trends and their impact on business strategies. Experience with budget and project management.
