Drafter (Coohom Software)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop detailed interior design drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings using **Coohom**.
- Translate design concepts into accurate technical drawings and presentations.
- Work closely with designers to refine layouts and propose practical design solutions.
- Ensure all drawings meet quality standards and project specifications.
- Update and revise drawings based on feedback from designers and clients.
- Support project teams with drafting requirements for residential and/or commercial projects.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- 1 to 2 year experience in interior design drafting.
- Proficiency in **Coohom** added advantage.
- Strong eye for design, detail, and spatial planning.
- Ability to interpret sketches and convert ideas into workable drawings.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Singaporeans only.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
