Hseq Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the HSE department, providing direction and guidance.
- Collaborate with Management to devise and execute safety policies and overall HSE strategy.
- Drive strategy implementation, setting annual HSE targets and plans and ensuring they remain relevant.
- Review and recommend solutions to enhance HSE plans, fostering a positive safety culture.
- Advise Management during crisis or emergency response, maintaining Crisis and Emergency Response Plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and address non-compliances.
- Oversee risk management processes, conducting assessments and ensuring actions are closed.
- Manage incident management and investigations, as well as planned HSE audits.
- Act as the primary contact for HSE-related government agencies and mutual aid companies.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders internally and externally.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or the equivalent certification in Engineering, HSE or related
- Min 10-15 years of HSE management experience in a process plant environment.
- Min 5 years in a management position leading a team of HSE experts
- Preferably with WSH Level C or above certification.
- Possess deep knowledge of Singapore safety regulations and standards, adept at research and implementation.
- Demonstrate leadership by mentoring others and maintaining high performance.
- Set an example with exemplary HSE behaviour, motivating others.
- Analyse and identify improvement areas effectively.
- Provide expert HSE advice to employees and contractors.
