**Senior Manager, People Development & Experience**
**About the Role**
We’re looking for a **Senior Manager** to lead efforts that shape how people work together, grow, and handle change. You’ll play a big role in building a strong, positive organisational culture and helping teams and leaders work better together.
This role is part of our People Team and supports our bigger goals: building future-ready leaders, helping people grow, and making sure our values show up in daily work.
You’ll work with leaders and others across the People Team, and lead your own small team to design programmes, run conversations, and lead changes that help our people and the organisation thrive.

**What You Will Do**
**1. Shape and Lead Culture Efforts**
- Design and run interventions to strengthen our values and the way we work together.
- Help leaders and teams shift mindsets and behaviours to achieve our culture goals.
- Spot areas that need change and lead efforts to make those shifts happen.
**2. Improve the Way Teams Work**
- Create tools and activities to help teams innovate, solve problems and work better.
- Look at the bigger picture — not just the symptoms — to design lasting solutions.
- Bring in simple ways for teams to stay connected, collaborative, and effective.
**3. Support People Through Change**
- Guide teams through times of change (e.g. new systems, structures, mindsets).
- Use structured approaches (like PROSCI) to help people adjust and stay on track.
- Coach leaders to lead change in their teams.
**4. Build Leadership and Team Capability**
- Create easy-to-use tools and learning to help leaders and teams build the right skills and behaviours.
- Work closely with the L&D team so learning and culture work hand-in-hand.
**5. Lead and Support Your Team**
- Guide and develop 3 team members to do great work and grow in their roles.
- Set clear goals and help them stay aligned with the bigger team and business needs.
**What You Will Bring**
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to engage — especially with senior leaders
- A clear way of thinking and designing programmes that can make real impact
- A keen discerning lens to identify root causes from noisy data
- Adept at marketing and storytelling that engage and influence target audiences
- Effectiveness in coaching, guiding and growing a team
- Tech savvy. Tech curious. Demonstrated ability to tap technology, e.g. GenAI, to effect change
- A hands-on, can-do attitude, with a focus on translating actions to impact
- Around 8-10 years’ experience in OD, culture or change work
**Qualifications**
- Degree in a related field (like Psychology, HR, Business or Social Sciences) would be advantageous though not a must
- A bonus if you’re trained in tools like Emergenetics or PROSCI
