**Head of Risk Management - Fintech (Thai speaking)**

An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing fintech platform backed by a strong regional presence and strategic local partnerships. This company offers innovative financial solutions and is looking for an experienced Head of Risk Management to lead and scale its risk function. This position will requires frequent travelling to Thailand, based in Singapore.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive risk strategies across credit, collections, operations, and compliance.
- Oversee credit underwriting, ensuring effective risk assessments and approval processes.
- Lead collections and recovery efforts, optimizing strategies to minimize delinquencies and non-performing loans.
- Build and manage a high-performing risk team across underwriting, collections, and stakeholder representation.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements and engage with key stakeholders to support business growth.

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience in risk management within fintech or financial services.
- Strong track record in credit underwriting, risk governance, and collections.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Excellent communication in both Thai and English.
