Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Executive Designer to join our team. This role involves overseeing projects from the sales discussion about the proposed interior design to project management and problem-solving management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in sales discussions and propose innovative interior design concepts to potential clients.
- Develop and present design proposals to clients, adjusting designs based on client feedback.
- Oversee the project management process from design conception to project completion.
- Effectively solve any problems or issues that arise during the project implementation stage.
- Liaise and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

**Requirements**:

- The field is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong creative design and planning skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
