**Junior Finance Analyst, Asia**

**What the day will look like**
- Preparing reports on financial performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Provide insights, results commentary, variance analysis and identify risks to business targets
- Analyse current and past financial data and provide analysis on trends
- Provide management reports to senior management and work closely with business as a finance business partner
- Analyse and develop reports on sales and other operational performance Metrices
- Prepare monthly forecasts
- Work with business to develop annual budgets and long term commercial plans
- Developing financial models and providing financial forecasts
- Provide information or analysis on any adhoc requests on reporting or financial analysis

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Degree in Finance/ Accounting
- Professional accounting qualifications e.g. CPA/CA/ACCA is an advantage
- At least 2-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Strong understanding of finance concepts
- Attention to detail and inquisitive mindset
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, power point and database experience
- Ability to analyse large Data sets
- Reporting systems experience e.g. TM1
- Able to Work under time tight deadlines
