**Job Posting - Manager, IT Security and Network**
**If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at usThe incumbent is required to drive the company's IT security strategy. Where you would be evaluating trends, overseeing multiple implementation of projects, and proposing companywide recommendations.**

**Summary**:

- Key contributor to develop a robust IT network security architecture within the bank and

meeting regulatory requirements.
- Partner with various key stakeholders to ensure that the IT network security is met and support

the growth and stability of the business.
- Promote the IT security culture within the organisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for assessing, evaluating and recommending appropriate security tools

for implementation.
- Responsible for assisting, monitoring and reporting on security incidents, breach investigations

or violation and provide status updates on the security controls and processes.
- Responsible for providing support in BRCP during security incidents ensuring documentation

are maintained and the contents are kept up to date in compliance with MAS & HO Guidelines.
- Involved in IT Security projects across various systems ensuring security requirements are
- Responsible for ensure ongoing compliance against the organizational IT Security policies,

standards and procedure.
- Responsible for managing and reviewing security audit, handling and responding to all threats

and incidents.
- Responsible for providing technical advisory across various IT network and security systems

within the Bank.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, in Information Technology or related IT Security
- Ideally 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in a similar role in the Banking or Financial industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and written skills
- Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Possesses excellent knowledge in current IT technologies and trends
- Technical understanding of IT and aptitude for analytical problem solving.
