Content Writer

**About the Role**

As a **Content Writer** at Superminted, you will play an important role in creating and managing engaging content across various digital platforms. This role requires a blend of journalistic skills and technical expertise to develop content that resonates with target audiences, while also optimising for SEO and ensuring content is aligned with Superminted’s brand voice and strategy. You will be involved in content creation, research, promotion, and performance analysis to ensure high-quality outputs that drive engagement.

**What You’ll Do**

**Content Creation & Management**
- Write, develop, and edit content for websites, blogs, social media, videos, and other media formats.
- Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and consistent with Superminted’s brand voice and strategy.

**Journalistic Research & Strategic Planning**
- Conduct comprehensive research to understand audience trends, content gaps, and newsworthiness.
- Propose content ideas based on investigative research, audience insights, and current trends.
- Organise interviews with industry experts, influencers, and other relevant figures to enhance content depth and authenticity.

**SEO & Promotion**
- Optimise content using current SEO best practices to ensure visibility and engagement across platforms.
- Develop and implement promotion strategies to maximise reach, engagement, and content impact.

**Collaboration**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planners, designers, and editors, to bring content to life and ensure it aligns with project goals.
- Foster a supportive, collaborative environment to help execute content initiatives and deliver outstanding results.

**Performance Analysis & Reporting**
- Monitor and track the performance of content using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Provide regular insights and performance reports to leadership, informing future content strategies and adjustments.

**What You’ll Bring**
- **Qualifications**: Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or content marketing. Prior experience in content production or a journalistic role is a plus.
- **Portfolio**: A portfolio demonstrating successful content projects, where research and coordinated content strategies played a key role.

**Skills**
- Exceptional writing and editing skills across multiple content formats.
- Strong creative thinking with experience in writing, research, and investigative content development.
- Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and work within budget constraints.
- Experience in coordinating content production from ideation to promotion.
- Proficient in content creation tools and SEO software (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush) and digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta).
- Familiar with analytics tools for measuring content performance (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Collaborative mindset with excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
