We’re looking for a **Marketing Intern**to join our team and gain hands-on experience in real estate, design, and lifestyle branding. This internship offers the opportunity to learn directly from our founders while contributing to real projects that shape MCQ Land’s identity across our portfolio properties.

**What You’ll Do**:
You’ll work closely with our founders and creative team to assist in marketing, branding, and event initiatives that bring MCQ Land’s story to life.

**Marketing & Branding Support**:

- Assist in creating engaging marketing materials, including social media content, newsletters, and promotional decks.
- Support the development of campaigns that highlight MCQ Land’s design and real estate projects.
- Help manage digital channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, website updates), ensuring consistent tone and visuals.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots, ensuring content aligns with the brand’s visual standards.

**Events & Community Engagement**:

- Assist in organizing private events for guests in MCQ Land’s portfolio properties, including art exhibitions, design showcases, and community gatherings.
- Support event logistics — invitations, guest lists, vendor coordination, setup, and on-site management.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content and assist with post-event media and reporting.
- Engage with visitors, partners, and collaborators to build brand relationships and enhance guest experience.

**Administrative & Creative Tasks**:

- Maintain databases of clients, partners, and press contacts.
- Assist in preparing marketing reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
- Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini) for copywriting, research, and creative brainstorming.
- Support daily marketing operations and contribute ideas to improve workflow and efficiency.

We’re looking for an energetic, creative, and organized individual who’s eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced creative environment. You should be:

- Passionate about design, art, lifestyle, and storytelling.
- A good communicator with strong writing and visual sense.
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
- Proficient with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express.
- Curious about marketing strategy, branding, and experiential events.
- Familiar with Google Workspace and open to using AI tools to enhance productivity.
