Climate Impact X (CIX) is a Singapore-based global carbon exchange and marketplace that aims to scale the voluntary carbon market; through a joint venture by DBS, SGX, Standard Chartered and Temasek.

CIX offers distinct platforms and products that cater to the needs of different carbon credit buyers and sellers. The Exchange facilitates the sale of large-scale high-quality carbon credits through standardised contracts - catering primarily to MNCs and institutional investors. The Project Marketplace and Auction offer a curated selection of NCS projects that can meet corporate sustainability objectives. Each project on the Project Marketplace and Auction is supported by transparent impact, risk and pricing data.

**Product Research Intern**
CIX is looking for a product research intern who will be supporting the product team in enhancing our brand and building top-of-mind recall within the fast-evolving carbon markets globally. This is your chance to be part of a small but highly effective team that is passionate about making a difference.

**Role and responsibilities (but not limited to)**:

- Explore new carbon credit types and emerging carbon market solutions, supporting new product development and management
- Research new sustainability initiatives and opportunities
- Assess new product viability and support efforts to build an active product pipeline
- Analyse competition, partnership opportunities, and contribute to exchange strategy
- Track and analyse environmental market news, prices and industry trends
- Develop content for educational webinars and auction training modules

- Has strong research and writing skills, with a good command of the English language
- Is creative, independent, resourceful
- Has an adventurous spirit and a positive attitude towards learning about the carbon space
- Is a fast-learner, is detail-oriented, an independent thinker and problem solver

- Is interested in sustainability and keen to make an impact in tackling climate change
- Is ideally able to commit to full time for a minimum of 6 months
