**Job Purpose**

Oversee the full process for the launch of new structured and treasury products and onboarding of new issuers. To support the department in ongoing maintenance of the various scope of work required on issuers and products lines.

Support the pricing and launch requests of various stakeholders for structured products.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

1.Onboarding of new issuers and/or new products
- Conduct due diligence and seek management approval on new issuers and/or new products
- Maintain professional working relationship with issuers
- Source for new ideas

2.Product sales process
- Ensuring all product sales process are kept up to date
- Train all new hires on the product sales process

3.Pricing of Structured Product (SP), including Structured Deposits, Structured Notes, Structured Warrants
- Provide pricing on SP for Private and Premier Banking

4.Launch and execute Structured Deposit (SD)
- Provide pricing and relevant documentation
- Set up the SD in applicable systems

5.Launch and execute Structured Notes (SN) for Premier Banking
- Assist to price, launch and execute SN for Premier Banking

6.Provide Structured Product (SP) Ideas
- Support the Research & Strategy and IC team in SP ideas to the sales reps

7.Sales reports for various segments
- Prepare and present the various reports according to the business segments

**Job Skills Requirements**
- Strong analytical and implementation skills, demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and drive change across a complex organization and multiple stakeholders
- A team player with a positive attitude, professionalism and a strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics
- Ability to identify patterns or connections between situations that are not obviously related and to identify key or underlying issues in complex situations
- A good observer with an eye for details
