Substrate Sorter

**Job Summary**:
Rainbow Electric is seeking a detail-oriented **Inspection** **Sorter** to support our quality inspection process within the electronics and semiconductor industries. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting and visually inspecting semiconductor materials and components to ensure they meet our clients’ high-quality standards. This position is critical to maintaining the accuracy and reliability of our inspection and testing services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sort and organize semiconductor materials or components according to inspection criteria and specifications.
- Perform visual inspections to identify defects such as cracks, discoloration, contamination, or surface irregularities.
- Work closely with engineers and technicians to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Label and record materials accurately, ensuring traceability throughout the inspection process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with company safety and handling procedures.
- Report any abnormalities or non-conformities to supervisors immediately.
- Support internal teams with testing preparations and post-inspection sorting.
- Must able to speak and write in mandarin

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electronics or quality control is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow inspection protocols precisely.
- Familiarity with cleanroom or ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) environments is preferred.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
- preferable with experience in semiconductor industry

Pay: $3,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
