Singapore NSL OILCHEM WASTE MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. Full time

**Primary Duties**
a) Monitor the incoming waste and schedule for operation plan accordingly
b) Monitor closely the balance of waste stock and arrange necessary for operation &sale requirements
c) Monitor and trouble shoot Incineration /fixation plant operation and process control equipment for smooth operation.
d) To create, update all operation procedure and maintain all SOPs and other ISO documents.
e) To assist and monitor the day to day operation report and advise the operation teams for further improvement.
f) Develop operation procedures and methods for optimum operation (i.e., lower operation cost, minimum manpower utilization, maximize machine capacity).
g) Develop and practice Preventive Maintenance Schedules and regular maintenance schedules.
h) Prepare and monitor operation data sheets and records.
i) Regular patrolling and inspection of machine and equipment conditions and staffs’duties.
j) Monitor and brief staffs’safety regulations at work.
k) To monitor and supervise good house keeping practice at Incineration plant.
l) To plan proper schedules of steam distribution, as well as arrange advance notice to other department if there is any interruption in stream supply
m) Strictly follow ESH procedure.Issue all necessary PTW and monitor contractor works.
n) To compile and review monthly operation reports (e.g., cost, productivity, quality, non-conformances, etc.)
o) Comply with legal requirement such as NEA Continuous air emission monitoring Unit, PUB sewage water discharge limit, MOM boilers inspection, Air compressors and so on

**Others**
p) To undertake any other duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to Time.
q) To assist and support the Operation Maintenance of Incineration plant for Technical support (advice, material selection, Purchasing order, maintenance history records, and preventive maintenance plan).
r) To train and guide the Incineration staffs for operation and maintenance for Continuous improvement

**Requirement**
- Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Min 5 years experience in operating incinerator, operating fixation, waste heat boiler, cooling tower and demin water plant
- Steam Engineer Grade 1 or 2 in advanage
- Prefer to have Managing WAH cert, Confined Space cert and other safety related cert.
- Able to work in 12-hours shift
