**What You Will Do**
- Independently review existing and newly launched financial products, manage transaction, market, liquidity and credit risks, and provide customers with complete risk control solutions for financial products
- Measure market risk, and optimize risk control rules based on market conditions and trading patterns
- Familiar with the risk control rules of the whole market, and can do quantitative simulation rules backtesting
- Build mathematical models to analyze market risks, and provide data services for trading teams and company strategy
- Design key risk indicators and monitoring systems, build & improve a risk control data visualization platform
- Work closely with development teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of risk data

**Who You Are**
- At least 2 years of experience in risk control/trading roles in companies such as commercial banks/investment banks/brokers/funds, familiar with the pricing and strategy models of financial derivatives
- Degree in finance/economics/business/mathematics/computer science, with experience in data mining/analytics is preferred
- Eager to learn, experience in cryptocurrency/blockchain industry is preferred
- Possess a Geek spirit, self-drive and entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
- Fluent Chinese and English in order to communicate effectively with colleagues across different regions
