**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to develop and execute effective operational and business strategies, branding, concepts, high standard of food quality and safety.
- Ability to work with the Executive Chef to support and manage a fine dining Japanese restaurant.
- Work with team to create new menus, formulate & implement new promotional ideas that would have a positive impact on high-end guest experience.
- Take charge of the overall management and P&L of the restaurant business, reporting directly to the shareholders.
- Interact with customers and create an upmarket ambiance and F&B experience.
- To have and to build a good high-end customer loyalty base and manage the overall customer service aspects of the restaurant.
- Exhibit Japanese fine dining expertise.
- Plan, manage and oversee the day-to-day business operations.
- Lead, manage and coach team to achieve targets and ensure team's growth and development.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Japanese fine dining as a Restaurant Manager or higher and in a lead role
- Has variety of expertise, especially in both traditional and modern fine Japanese cuisine and service
- Strong contacts & knowledge on high end F&B products & ingredients from Japan including seasonal items
- Strong knowledge and work experience in Japan is a plus
- Strong knowledge and experience in front of house fine dining service sequence
- Strong Knowledge and certification of Sake is a prerequisite
- Good knowledge of fine wines is a plus
- Planning individualized and unique multi-course Japanese menu with sake and/or wine pairing
- Strong leadership skills to lead, manage and motivate staff with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working Hours: 11:00-22:00

(12:00 - 15:00 Lunch 18:30 - 23:00 Dinner)

Tue - Sat (Off on Sun and Mon)
