A leading firm within the Semi-conductor industry is looking for an experienced Tax Accountant You will be at the forefront of shaping our tax strategy Work closely with top professionals, driving collaboration across departments to ensure compliance with global tax regulations.
- Report directly to the Group Tax Manager and actively contribute to the Group tax function, fostering collaboration with accounting and tax team members across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with statutory tax requirements by preparing necessary tax returns and computations.
- Manage tax queries, audits, disputes, and resolutions with relevant tax authorities for both Singapore and overseas locations.
- Prepare and review quarterly GST filings and respond to ad-hoc GST inquiries.
- Coordinate and/or prepare the Group’s transfer pricing documentation to ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
- Monitor taxes, withholding tax, and manage tax audits effectively.
- Assist in periodic tax reporting and the preparation of tax provisions.
- Support tax-related activities for M&A and strategic projects, including due diligence and post-transaction integration.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualifications.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant tax experience, preferably gained from public accounting firms and/or commercial entities, with a focus on taxation.
- Proficiency in local tax laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
