MMR Research Worldwide specialise in consumer and sensory research and work with large, international brands within the food, beverage & personal/household care sectors. We are currently recruiting for part-time Product Evaluators/Sensory Panellists to join our expert panels Please see below for details on opportunities available:
**Working at our Sensory Science Centre in Pandan Loop, we have the following hours available**:
**PM Panel** - working on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays from 2pm - 5pm, the requirement to work on a Wednesday will depend on the number of projects commissioned and may not always be required as a working day

**PAY for all positions**:Employees start on $12 per hour, rising to $13 per hour after successful completion of your probationary period and once you are sensory qualified.

**These roles involve**:

- Working individually and within a team to evaluate products within the FMCG industry
- Products range from food & beverages (including alcohol, meat & individual ingredients) through to personal care & household products (e.g. shampoo, skin care products). Please note, for our Biopolis Client-site panel you will primarily be working on personal care products such as balms, throat drops, cough syrup.
- You will be taught how to generate sensory descriptive vocabulary as a group (relating to the taste, appearance, texture and smell of a product) and then individually rank products on these descriptors
- No experience necessary as full training is provided

**Requirements**:
**Requirements needed for this role**:

- Good sensory acuity relating to smell and taste (this will be tested during a screening session)
- You should have the ability to follow detailed instructions
- You should be comfortable completing routine tasks quickly and accurately
- The ability to articulate yourselves in fluent English in front of others
- You must not have any dietary restrictions (e.g. vegetarian) & be happy to evaluate alcohol products when required
- You must not have any food intolerances/allergies
- You must agree not to wear any perfume and use any strong-smelling hand creams as this could affect your work
