**Job Title: Finance Ops & Reporting Hero (a.k.a. Accounts Executive)**:
- Kaki Bukit | In-Office Role _
- Salary: $3,000 - $3,200/monthWe're looking for someone who thrives in the details, values accuracy like it's an Olympic sport, and is ready to grow with a team that appreciates solid finance skills _and _solid people.
- **Lease Accounting (FRS 116)**:You’ll be our go to for accurate lease entries in line with the standard.
- **Accounts Payable**:Track purchases, manage vendor payments, and keep the payables engine running smoothly.
- **Petty Cash**:Reconcile, document, and ensure the little things don’t become big headaches.
- **Payroll Support**:Maintain employee time records to ensure accurate payroll with no surprises.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:
Monthly management reports
Smart expense breakdowns for better decision-making
- **System Migration**:Help us implement new accounting software
- **Audit Prep**:Liaise with auditors and prepare the necessary documentation.
- **Ad-Hoc Finance Projects**:Be ready to jump in where needed
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or something close.
- Solid working knowledge of FRS 116
- Hands-on with AP, payroll tracking, reconciliations.
- Confident with internal controls and SOP documentation.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and quietly excellent.
- Bonus points if you've survived (and thrived) through a software migration.
