The Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team plays a critical role in conducting close-loop data-driven business iterations. As business intelligence specialists and data analysts, our scope of work is not limited to just performance monitoring and reporting, but also in proactively finding actionable insights to help drive high-impact business changes. Our end-to-end data solution reduces the gap between the business teams and technical teams, and achieves real ‘intelligence’ in the iteration cycle. **1. Data Analysis and Insights**:

- Conduct in-depth data analysis to support funding allocation decisions and provide actionable insights for decision-makers.
- Utilize business intelligence tools and techniques to extract, transform, and visualize data for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data analytics solutions.

**2. Funding Business Development Support**:

- Work closely with the business development team to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and business performance to identify opportunities for funding growth.
- Support the development and implementation of new funding schemes by providing data-driven recommendations and insights.

**3. Funding Strategy and Optimization**:

- Building automated data pipeline using big data analytical tools to support funding allocation strategy and internal monitoring dashboard
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure alignment on data analytics initiatives and foster a data-driven decision-making culture

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, and big data processing environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Good to have:

- Solid understanding of financial principles and consumer loan business operations.
- Previous exposure to consumer loan risk management
